Bad experience with OG
Bad experience with OG. My wife bought a watch that was too big, apparently it was a final sale. They refuse to entertain an exchange or refund. No phone number to contact customer service. Very disappointing experience. They are not concerned with satisfying the customer and building long term relationships.
